All rental garments must not be immersed in ocean or chlorine water.
All rental garment must be taken extreme care from unremovable substances such as lipsticks, red wine, any oil related products and etc.
Weekend Event
For weekend events, garments will be available for pick up on Wednesday of the week (if the garment has a prior booking from the previous week, you will be notified by the office to pick up the garment on Thursday due to dry cleaning process lead time).
The rental period commence on Wednesday and ends on Monday despite pick up time (if you pick up the garment on thursday or friday, the rental period will still end on Monday the following week and it must be returned before Monday ends).
Garments must be returned by the end of business day on the coming Monday after your event or if that Monday occurs on a holiday, then the next business day.
Weekday Event
For weekday events, you may state your event date on the special requests column during checkout or send us an email / whatsapp to request a different pick up & return date.
More Than 5 Working Days Rental
If in any case you need the dress for more than 5 working days , please choose 2 or more rental period (every 1 rental period you added to cart will be 5 working days, if you need it for 7 working days , add 2 of the same product into the shopping cart).
